About Us
Kelly and Ned, the owners of Sugar Valley Farm, purchased the estate in September 2010, and have diligently worked to turn their 17 acre property into a small equestrian facility. The doors of Sugar Valley Farm opened to boarders and lesson students in September 2011. As we continue to grow, we hope that you will share in it along with us!
Kelly has been riding horses for over 30 years. Throughout her childhood and teenage years, she competed at horse shows in the tri-state area with her Saddlebred, Penny's Half Penny. In college, Kelly was a member of the Penn State Equestrian Team. One of Kelly's dreams growing up was to own her own horse farm, and after meeting Ned, that dream finally came true! Kelly and Ned love life in the country, and they want to share it with you. Contact us to arrange a visit!
Sugar Valley Farm offers its customers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy riding and enjoy the countryside, regardless of riding discipline. Whether you are interested in showing, trail riding, or simply riding for fun, you'll find it here at Sugar Valley Farm.
Because we are a family owned and operated facility, we live on premises and are available for care around the clock, if needed. Our rates are reasonable, so each family is able to incorporate this sport/hobby into their lifestyle.
